If the water is off, open the left door in the foyer and turn the water level on, located on the left-hand side of the floor.

The hot water is temperamental, so if it does not heat up right away, turn the handle the opposite way.

Keys for our car are in the key box on the counter. Gray GMC. You can drive through the express gate. We have a pass for access along with the pass for the highway if you leave the bubble.
Use Google Maps ONLY to get around.

There is a closet on the ground floor #103, keys are inside the key box on kitchen counter marked “shed”. In that closet there are beach chairs, surf boards, umbrellas, and boogie boards.
There is a pool boy, who usually wears a blue/black shirt and sun hat. He will grab beach lounge chairs for you and bring them to the beach if you would prefer the lounge chairs. He has lunch between 12pm – 1pm. Let him know you need the chairs and when you are done. A tip is much appreciated.

*Golf Carts:
-
Please make sure to always lock the golf cart. Follow the golf cart path to get to your destination. Golf cart keys are in the key lock box on the kitchen counter. The bright yellow one with black top is ours, that is a 6-seater, it is a little hard to handle. We also have a four passenger one that is easier to handle. These are parked next to each other. They both have “Beach Life” bumper stickers on the back. The gas station for the golf carts is located where Chinchos restaurant is located. Entrance to the Marina, before La Pescaderia. You just have them buzz you in and tell them you need gas for the golf cart. It is to the right of the parking lot.
-
If you take a right after the gate, you will head towards the “Beach Club” ......good place for a quick bite to eat for lunch. At dinner time, “Tapas” opens. GREAT FOOD! We do not have access to the rest of the club.
-
If you take a left after the gate, follow the golf path all the way to the main road, there you will take a left and follow that up the hill. At the top of the hill, you can take a left and continue to the Plaza. That is where you will find many restaurants, a bank, a little market, gift stores. To go to La Pescaderia Restaurant, you can continue past the plaza, down the small hill, right and continue all the way to the end. For a little bit, you will be on the road and not on the golf cart path. Stay to the side!!!
